Parramatta Council Voluntary Planning Agreements

Cumberland LEP`s work, including planned policy studies and consultation activities, will be funded through the acceleration of the NSW Government`s Local Environment Fund Grant. The planning proposal for the new Cumberland LEP must be submitted to the Ministry of Planning, Industry and Environment for completion by June 30, 2020, in accordance with funding and delivery commitments between the Council and the Ministry. 1. Adoption of the recommended planning controls for railway line 4-12, Lidcombe, as previously decided by the Council: Council received an independent assessment of the potential increase in residual land value from the planning proposal. In accordance with The Board`s policy, the total value of development contributions to be paid under a planning agreement is 50% of the increase in residual value resulting from the operating proposal. This was done with the voluntary planning agreement of the planning proposal. This report recommends that Council approve Health Infrastructure`s lease proposal so that its project team can begin work on the development of the detailed design and the authorization of a para-final response point on a portion of the communal land located on 1-3 Peel Street, Holroyd. This raises the question of how the increase in land value should be calculated for the purposes of registering the value.
