Antidumping Suspension Agreements
Trade shall publish the draft amendment for public notice. Comments are due until 28 September 2020 at 17:00 P.m EDT. The draft amendment is available to users registered under access.trade.gov (reference A-821-802) and is also published in the Federal Register. Trade aims to conclude, by 5 October 2020, an amendment to the agreement that would allow trade to avoid the possible termination of the agreement and the resumption of the underlying anti-dumping investigation on Russian uranium.
